Our Story

EndoSurge originates from the Max Planck Institute for Intelligent Systems and is the culmination of several years of research collaboration amongst scientists from different departments within the institute.

The team is a diverse group of scientists, engineers, doctors, and industry experts coming from University of Stuttgart, Imperial College, Novo Nordisk, Boston Scientific, and the German Center for Artificial Intelligence. We have collectively published numerous works and patents in material science, small-scale robotics, and medical devices in high-impact journals including Advanced Materials, Science Robotics, PNAS, Nature Materials, Science Advances, Advanced Science, and Nature Communications.
